- Develop the residence education curriculum for Living Learning Communities, special interest housing and educational student programming.

- Live in and manage the day to day operations of student apartments housing approximately 100 undergraduates.
- Manage the day to day operations of both theme houses and traditional residence halls housing approximately 200 undergraduate students.
- Supervise, evaluate and mentor 10 student assistants to facilitate their professional development.
- Direct the Theme House selection process consisting of informational sessions, composing the application, interviewing student groups and compiling staff evaluations.
- Implement needs based programming in the residence halls and on campus.
- Advise/refer students to resources on matters of personal, social, and academic concerns.
- Serve on on-call duty rotation for student crisis response
- Assist in the selection, training, and recognition of student staff.
